The Tasmanian Planning Commission’s (TPC) assessment of the $1 billion-plus stadium planned for Hobart’s waterfront was sceptical at best and scathing at worst.
The commission described Premier Jeremy Rockliff’s dream project as a “disproportionately large monolithic building” that would “irrevocably” change Hobart’s landscape.
