For 25 years, music promoter Charles Touber brought world-class acts to Tasmania.
He lists the Foo Fighters, Ramones, Beastie Boys, Elton John, the Cranberries and Iggy Pop as some of his biggest achievements for the state.

Mr Touber told a parliamentary committee examining the stadium that the project was shaping as a “basket case”.
